Kemai Bio-mechanical Pulp

Founded in December 2018, Shandong Kemai Bio-mechanical Pulp Company limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Century Sunshine Paper Group Company Limited, having built a project manufacturing 500,000 TPY of bio-mechanical pulp It is an innovative project to solve the shortage of papermaking raw materials and to practice the new concept of "integration of agriculture and planting " The main product of the project is bio-mechanical pulp which can replace wood pulp and imported waste paper used for the production of premium medium paper and other packaging paper The by-product is biomass fuel which can replace coal

The technology is the first in China, with advanced technology and environmental protection. It has applied for 26 national patents, and has been selected into 2018 key R&D plan of Shandong Province set by Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province and Shandong Province Finance bureau, as well as the second batch of Shandong Province replacing old growth drivers with new ones, and therefore Sunshine Paper has won the title of National "green manufacturing factory". The project is applying for 2019 National key R&D project of the Ministry of Science & Technology of the People’s Republic of China. In future, we will further cooperate with six well-known universities in China and intend to apply for more than 100 patents.
